    Mix 1 scoop of Gainful Pre-Workout into 8 - 16oz of water and shake for 30 seconds. If you like your drinks on the sweeter side, aim for less water.
  2. When to Take
    Gainful Pre-Workout should be taken 20-30 minutes prior to exercise. Once activated, you may notice a tingle sensation which is totally natural.
  3. Keep it Consistent

Yes we do! You can customize your Gainful Pre-Workout to your caffeine preference and intensity level. Simply select Non-Caffeinated and crush for your evening workouts, without the caffeine.

What does Pre-Workout do?

Formulated with ingredients like Beta-Alanine, L-Citrulline and L-theanine, pre-workout provides a jitter-free, clean energy boost to power you through your workout. Based on your exercise intensity, our custom blends support increased strength and endurance through the addition of creatine and BCAAs.

What’s the difference between customizing my blend and taking the quiz?
