Taking Pre-Workout gummies to a whole new level 💪
Ingredients:
- 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
- 1 scoop Gainful Watermelon Pre-Workout
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for extra sweetness)
Equipment:
- Blender
- Fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth
- Baking sheet
- Parchment paper
- Dehydrator OR oven
Instructions:
- Blend: Combine the watermelon cubes and Gainful Pre-Workout in a blender until smooth.
- Strain: Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove any pulp or seeds.
- Sweeten (optional): If desired, stir in the honey.
- Prepare for Drying: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the strained watermelon mixture onto the parchment paper, spreading it evenly into a thin layer (about 1/4 inch thick).
- Dehydrate:
- Dehydrator: Dry at 135°F (57°C) for 6-8 hours, or until the leather is no longer sticky and easily peels off the parchment paper.
- Oven: If you don't have a dehydrator, preheat your oven to the lowest setting (usually around 170°F/77°C).Dry for 4-6 hours, checking frequently to ensure it doesn't burn.
- Cool and Cut: Allow the fruit leather to cool completely. Then, cut it into desired shapes and store in an airtight container at room temperature.
